Does insurance cover treatment?

If considered appropriate by your healthcare provider, your Alfa treatment will be part of your physical therapy treatment plan. Most insurance plans cover physical therapy, but please check with your provider if you are not sure. 

How should I dress for my sessions?

Wear comfortable clothes that allow for free movement and rubber soled athletic shoes.
